Brynels wants you to be thrilled with your hat! However, please note that due to the personalized and often made-to-order nature of our hats, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the item or it is not what you ordered.
If you receive the wrong hat or find it to be damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@brynels.co.uk with photographic evidence of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
